This Site Is Not For Users Under 18
If you are not 18 years of age, please do not use this site. If you are over 18, please do not permit your children, or any other kids under 18, to access this site. It is meant for adults.
Although MyFlick does allow, at its discretion, the posting of some videos containing some pornography or sexually explicit content, if you are going to post a video with sexually explicit content, you must post it in the mature/adult category. Any videos with sexually explicit content that MyFlick discovers are not properly posted in this section of the site will be removed. You agree by using our site that whether the content of any video qualifies pornography or sexually explicit content will be determined solely by our staff, at its sole discretion.
We review videos to determine whether it contains inappropriate content which violates our Terms of Use, whether on our own or because another user has let us know of inappropriate content. If it has been removed, it means we do not want it on our site and you are prohibited from ever reposting it. The posting of inappropriate content could may lead us to terminate your MyFlick membership. We decide, at our sole discretion, whether we believe your violation of our Terms of Use should result in termination of your account. If you have an account terminated you are prohibited from ever signing up for another account.

Material Infringing Copyright. Only post videos created by you or that you have obtained the rights to use. Do not post videos you didn't make, or use content in your videos that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, parts of copyrighted programs, or videos made by other users, without their permission. Child Pornography/Exploitation. Our site is not for sickos who exploit children. Be advised we will report any child exploitation we discover posted on out site, and will work closely with law enforcement to fine and prosecute those who do so.
Hate speech. Victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
Dangerous or illegal Content. Animal abuse, drug abuse, terrorism, bomb making or anything else that is illegal.
Gore and Graphic violence. Videos showing a person being hurt, attacked, or humiliated; gore, serious accidents, dead bodies or other images which are meant to gross-out or disgust viewers.
Stalking, threats, harassment,. Predatory behavior and violent threats will not be tolerated by MyFlick. If we find out about it, we will immediately terminate your MyFlick account.
Invasions of privacy. This one is serious. Never, ever reveal an others' personal information on our site.
Unauthorized Solicitations or Gambling. Unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, any junk or bulk email (also known as "spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling;
Harmful Software. Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party; deceptive thumbnails, spamming tags, or fake accounts.
Impersonation of others. Impersonates any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives.

If you find that anything posted on MyFlick violates our Terms of Use, then click "Flag as Inappropriate" under the video you're watching to submit it for review by MyFlick staff.
To People Under 18 . MyFlick Is Not For You!
MyFlick is NOT for people under the age of 18. They are prohibited from entering the site.
If you mark your video private, only your friends and those you share it with can view it. If not, everyone in the world will be able to view it. If that is what you want, great. Otherwise, mark it private to keep it that way!
Although we like to think most people are good, there are bad people out there. So please, when you post a video, especially if it isn.t marked private, make sure there isn't anything in them that could help a stranger figure out who you are or where you live. You should never share your personal information with other users (like your telephone number or address). Watch out for things like license plate numbers on cars or images of the outside of your home which might accidentally appear in the background of a video and help a stranger to find you.
Remember, MyFlick will never contact you ask you for your password, email address, or other account information. Don't be fooled if someone contacts you pretending to be from MyFlick!

By posting your video, you are opening up your video, yourself and whoever else is involved with the video to the opinions of viewers. Some people will not be nice, and the things they say can range from constructive criticism to just plain mean, bullying. Remember, if someone leaves a comment that you don.t like, you can delete the comment. If you think the comment is inappropriate content (see above) or otherwise violates our terms of use, contact us by compliance@commerceplanet.com,. Just don.t do something stupid, like attacking them with inappropriate comments or giving them your personal information.
