In this Privacy Policy, My Flick, will be referred to as "Company", "we" or "us."  Please read this entire privacy policy to understand how your personal information will be treated. This policy applies to individuals and/or companies who have signed up on the www.myflick.com Web site (.you. or the .user.).

Your California Privacy Rights.
Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of MYFLICK who are California residents to request certain information regarding MYFLICK.s disclosure of personal information to third parties for such third parties. direct marketing purposes. Wireless Policy.
Pursuant to the above, MYFLICK may use Information to provide the services requested by a user, including utilizing a provided cell phone number for voice communication with the user and services that display customized content and advertising via SMS messages sent to such provided cell phone number. In addition to any fee of which a user is notified, the user.s provider's standard messaging rates apply to MYFLICK.s confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. A user may opt-out and remove the user.s SMS information by sending "STOP", "END", "QUIT" to the SMS text message the user has received. If a user removes SMS information from MYFLICK.s database through this method, it will no longer be used by MYFLICK for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties, or used by MYFLICK to send promotional correspondence to you.

All standard messaging charges are billed by and payable to the user.s mobile service provider. MYFLICK will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from the user.s network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS basis.

No Collection of Information from Children.
The Site is not intended for users under the age of 18, nor does MYFLICK knowingly collect or retain Information in connection with the Site from children under the age of 13.

Opting Out from Offers from MYFLICK.
At any time, a user may opt out from receiving future offers from MYFLICK by following the instructions contained within each marketing communication.  Such opting out will not apply to any communications from third parties to whom MYFLICK may have provided Information regarding the user.  Third parties. use of the Information is subject to such parties. own privacy policies, for which MYFLICK shall not be responsible.

Access to Information.
